Summer Funding
Summer research is an excellent way to gain hands-on experience in neuroscience, explore research interests, and develop skills that can prepare you for graduate or professional study. Yale offers a range of fellowships and funding programs to support undergraduate research at Yale and elsewhere.
If you are considering summer research, start planning early. Many programs require students to identify a faculty mentor, develop a research proposal, provide a transcript and CV/resumé, and obtain letters of recommendation. Some opportunities have deadlines as early as January or February.
